I'm locked out of my account for 8 straight days.
No replies from QBO support.
My account was transferred from my previous accountant along with billing, I paid,
as soon as the card went through, I am locked out.
Online chat just says there are problem with billing department but will be sorted out within a day, 7 days ago.
Utter disgusting support team.

Once locked out, you’ll receive the following message: You have tried to sign in more than 5 times. No worries, you can still continue to sign-in by entering the CAPTCHA code below the message. This is a unique identifier used to prevent automated bots from accessing your account.
You’ll need to type the compressed or distorted characters and/or numbers. Then, on the sign in page, enter the proper user ID and password.
Otherwise, if you're having trouble remembering your user ID or password, you can reset your password or recover your user ID by following these steps:
If you used your email address or user ID to verify your account, you'll get an email with a password reset link.
If the same thing happens, you can contact our QuickBooks Online support. I can see that you've already reached out to them. However, it would be best to have them guide you. Let's just make sure to check out our support hours so we can address your concerns on time.

Thank you so much for the reply. I really wasn't expecting any reply, hence I didn't really bother to explain the whole situation.
No there is absolutely nothing wrong on my side. I know my username and password correctly.
I can log in to my account manager and I can even 'log in' to my Quickbooks Online.
It just when I 'log in' it says 'something went wrong, please contact support if issue persists'.
I contacted support, no reply other than the team is working on it for 8 days ago.
One support person however did comfirm that there was an internal software issues related to billing when the trasnfer of billing happened.
So please do not tell me to clear cache or get the password right, etc.
You guys really need to fix your system. I've been locked out for 8 straight days now and I even submited tax late and incurred penalties because of you guys.
