Hi,
Is there a way to change the receiveables ageing to age from invoice date instead of due date?
Regards,
Neal
Hello neal-vipo-int-co!
I understand that you want to change the basis of an ageing report from the due date to the invoice date. I'm here so I can assist you with this report.
An Accounts receivable ageing report shows us a record of overdue invoices from a specific time period. This is the reason why it is grouped by days past due and is based on the due date.
You'll want to make sure to pull up the Accounts Receivable Ageing Detail Report from the Reports menu and add the Date column. The date in this column shows us the invoice date. Simply click the little gear icon and check the Date box.
Also, you can check this link: Run reports in QuickBooks Online. This will show you how to customize, save, export, and other features related to reporting.
I'm more than happy to work with you again in managing your data. Want to record other sales transactions? Let me know and I'll get back to you again.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
