ZERO BALANCE INVENTORY ITEM EFFECTING TRADING STOCK

I have an issue with trading stock. If you pull a stock take sheet the quantity of the item shows zero however Quickbooks online is still adding that item value into trading stock as  if there was a quantity on hand. How can i resolve this?

ZERO BALANCE INVENTORY ITEM EFFECTING TRADING STOCK

I want to ensure you get the help you need, KB109.

To be sure we're on the same page, I'd like to verify where did you pull up the stock take sheet. And how did you set up up the trading stock in QuickBooks Online. Can you add a screenshot showing the two affecting the trading stock? Any extra information is much appreciated.

We're looking forward to hearing from you. Have a great day!

ZERO BALANCE INVENTORY ITEM EFFECTING TRADING STOCK

I appreciate you for coming back to the thread to provide the report that you utilized when managing inventory data in QuickBooks. However, please know that we aim to deliver customer satisfaction at all times and fix an issue as soon as possible. With this, may I ask for additional details on what are you referring to trading stock, how you set up your item in QBO, and what specific transaction did you use when adding the item in QuickBooks?

Additionally, please keep in mind that we don't have a specific email to provide where you can send the screenshots of the issue. I suggest attaching them with the item value you're referring to and the quantity that shows zero in QuickBooks after clicking the Reply button. Before doing so, please don't include any sensitive information like Company name, email address, and complete name of a person.

I appreciate any further details so I can present accurate information.

Don't hesitate to click the Reply button below and add extra details about your concern, KB109. I'm always here to help. Have a great day!
