Hi @natasjaj,
There are a few customisation options for a customer statement in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
At this time, the option to include banking details in a customer statement is unavailable. What you can do is change the way transactions are listed.
Here's how:
Open this article for additional details: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online.
Don't hesitate to tag me in a comment below if you have any other questions with QBO features. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
Why is the banking detail not available on your customer statement. Surely that is more professional and if you run 30 day accounts YOUR LOGO and bank details should be on your customers statements. NOT IMPRESSED
It isn't the kind of impression I'd like you to have, @design-earlstone.
Since this feature is not available in QuickBooks Online, I suggest sending us a feature request. This way, our Product Development team can look into this.
Here's how:
Check this article for more information on how to submit feedback.
You can also track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
Let me know if I can be of more help. I'm always here to help you.

feed back may be useful to have, Quickbooks community page and discussion has more visibilities and help many other customer with same issues and problems. This will definately get the "Product development team"'s attention quicker.
By the way, can I ask the same questions again? Why isnt the function to add custom texts like
EFT bank payment details on the statement form? Better yet, just allow us to add/edit the footer page of the statement page, we can manually do that ourselves.
This would seem more 'Professional'.
Hey I found a work around,
1. You can add / edit the details on your statement by editing the text box in the invoice footer template.
- Go to gear, go to all list, go to custom form style, click on standard, go to invoice, cut the bank details and paste it in footer instead. This will also show up on your statement.
Cheers
