Hello Sam,
Thank you for posting here in the Community. I'm here to help you fix the display when viewing the Sales section in QuickBooks Online.
Changes to the interface in QuickBooks usually happen when there's an issue with the web pages. We can use a private browser to open your account and see if the display is back to normal. It doesn't use the cache, which stores data that creates browser-related issues.
Use these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:
If the user interface is back to normal, you can switch to the regular browser and clear its cache. It helps to restore the default setup of the browser.
If private browsing doesn't work, use other supported web engines to get the best and most secure experience with the program.
You can also play around with your browser's zoom settings (the article is for the US but applicable for your region) to check if it fixes the problem with the interface. The steps will depend on the browser you're using to access your QuickBooks account.
Additionally, you can use sales reports to get helpful insights into what you buy and sell and the status of your inventory. Check out this link to learn which reports to run depending on what kind of info you want to see: Use reports to see your sales and stock status.
Comment below if you have further questions about the display in QuickBooks. We're always here to lend a hand. Take care always.
