Hello there, info,
Let me show you how you can delete the transactions uploaded from your bank account.
You need to exclude the uploaded transaction first before you can delete it in the system.
To exclude, here's how:
Once done, it will transfer on the Excluded tab for your reference. From there, you can select the transaction by putting a check mark beside it, then select Delete on the Batch actions button. (Please refer to the screenshot below)
For the detailed steps and further information about excluding a transaction in QuickBooks, you can check out this article: How to Exclude Expenses from Downloaded Bank Transactions.
That'll keep you going, info. Should you have further banking concerns, let me know by leaving a comment below. I'm just around if you need help.
I'll help with your banking transactions, Angie.
Let's follow some troubleshooting steps to check if this is caused by a browser issue.
Start by switching to an incognito/private browsing session and log back in to your account. Follow these keyboard shortcuts to quickly open and incognito session:
Once done, exclude or delete the transactions. Then, click the Update button in the upper-right hand corner to test if they would no longer go back in the For Review tab.
If they're not showing up anymore, clear your browser's cache and temporary internet files. Follow the steps in this article for additional details: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?.

Thanks for the suggestion - it did not work. But I was told there's an open investigation on this. Possibly FI related?? (It does not happen with the 2 different company credit cards, only my 2 bank accts which are the same institution.)
Hi Angie Kosins.
Good to see you again! I take it that you're referring to my response to your reply from an earlier thread.
I dug up the investigation case again and it doesn't specify what banks are affected. We'd like to work on this and prevent the issue from happening to other financial institutions.
Since the Community is a public forum, I'm unable to access the needed information in your account (for update purposes). If you haven't already, I'd recommend contacting our phone support team. You can share your findings with them, and this will help hasten the progress for the resolution.
Here's how:
To reiterate the workaround, we can leave the transactions (from the two affected bank accounts) in the Excluded tab. When we have the fix, that's the time we'll delete them. Here's how:

Yes, QuickBooks Online allows you to remove the unwanted downloaded transactions by excluding them and it applies to all banks. You can follow these steps:
Once done, they'll be moved to the Excluded tab of the Banking page.

I can help you delete transactions from your account, @Kriti__19.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we'll have to exclude the transaction first before we can delete it. I'll guide you how:
1. Go to the Banking menu, and then the Banking tab.
2. Choose the bank account, then go to the For Review tab.
3. Select the transactions you want to exclude.
4. Click Batch actions, then choose Excluded Selected.
Then, you can already delete them. Here's how:
1. Go to the Excluded tab.
2. Choose the transactions you want to delete.
3. Click Batch actions, then choose Delete.
4. You'll receive a message, "Are you sure? This transaction will not be recoverable.", click Yes.
I'm also linking an article for further guidance: Exclude expenses from downloaded bank transactions.
You can also see this link about categorizing your bank transactions in QBO for reference: Assign, categorize, edit, and add your downloaded banking transactions.
I'll be right here to assist you if you need anything else. Just leave a reply below, and I'll get back to you. Take care!
