I appreciate the details you shared, @Ahmadi. I can share some troubleshooting steps to rectify this issue to set up the client's account seamlessly.
The browser might have encountered this error due to old cache files that caused this unexpected behavior in QuickBooks. In this case, I recommend using a private browser. This browser mode has no cache to store internet file data. This is why we can use this browser mode to isolate any time we suspect browser-related issues.
Here's how:
If you successfully login without any system error, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Doing this can help clean the browser's cache that previously caused QuickBooks Online to get error messages. It can also boost the browser's navigation performance to other online applications and sites. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers.
If you still encounter the error after following the troubleshooting steps, I recommend contacting our phone support team. They have tools to pull up the account you created for your client to investigate this further.
Also, I included an article for you that can be helpful after the end of the year: The year-end guide and checklist.
Please comment below if you have other concerns regarding QBO, like opening the program or navigation issues. I'm always here to help. Take care always, Ahmadi.

Hello there,
First of all, I would like to thank Jovychris A, for providing such useful guide. Today, after 5 hours when I login to my intuit / QuickBooks online account, I found there a company name (No Company) and I selected it and automatically the Get Started page opened and I completed the company file setup for my client successfully. I love all the products of Intuit both online and offline QuickBooks version especially QuickBooks Enterprise Suits.
Best Regards,
Ahmadi
