8. Joint Sworn Statement of Quickbooks and "Registered User" |
(Full texts and Annexes of Requirements can all be found at :BIR Philippines Memorandum Orders 2021 under RMO No. 9-2021: Prescribing the Simplified Guidelines and Procedures on the Use of
Computerized Accounting System (CAS), Computerized Books of
Accounts (CBA), and/or its Components, including Electronic Storage
System (ESS), Middleware and Other Similar Systems )
Who can we contact and where can we request such details and requirements?
These are the hoops I need to jump into before I can even use Quickbooks for my business. Paying for the Quickbooks subscription or Mapping Philippine's taxes in the software alone is not enough. I hope to hear from you soon, because if I cannot legally use Quickbooks, then I must look for another CAS that can be registered here in the Philippines to open up my business in the quickest time.
I can help get those requirements, @MrKim.
I'll make sure you can get all the CAS (Computerized Accounting System) - RMO No. 9-2021 requirements as soon as possible. Thus you can start your business shortly.
You can get the eight requirements with the help of our Customer Care Team. With this, I'd recommend contacting them so you can submit this to BIR without a moment's delay.
Here's how:
