For newly created companies or new users, the Import Styles feature is unavailable. Thus, QuickBooks Lab is inaccessible. You may consider using a third-party application to upload your customized invoice template to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You can check out our Apps Center or browse your Apps menu to find a tool that meets your needs.
Here’s how:
- From your left navigation pane, go to the Apps menu.
- Select Find apps.
- Enter a keyword in the Search field.
- Choose an application.
- Review the features, then click Get app now.
On the other hand, if you already utilized the feature before and are now unable to see it, you can open your QBO account in an incognito or private window to determine if it’s related to a browser issue. If you can access the option, get back to your main browser and clear its cache. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative, like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
