Firstly, may I ask if you're trying to add a cost centre in QuickBooks Online? If so, please know that this feature is currently unavailable. However, QuickBooks Online has a feature called Project, which you can utilize to track or quickly calculate your cost. This feature also includes income and profitability.

Additionally, you can turn on the Location Tracking feature to help you track your profitability by location. It can also help you see all the payments for one area and deposit them as a group.
Once you're all set, you'll want to run your reports regularly to check if everything is accurate.
