Hello there, @sharafudheen.

Let me share some clarification about your currency is different from the system.

QuickBooks Online does not have an option to view your currency in the decimal format to three digits. It will automatically round off the values to two decimal places.

I understand how the workflow you're looking for is useful to your business. I appreciate every information you have about this feature.

We always aim to make improvements to the product, and this preference might be available in the future. As we assess this, I recommend you visit our QuickBooks Blog to stay up-to-date with all the changes that are being made.

To give you more information about multi-currency an on how it works in QBO, please refer to these resources:

Drop me a comment below if you have any other questions. I'll be more than happy to help. Wishing you a good one.

@sharafudheen

If the decimal digits requirement is mandatory for your company, consider switching to QB Desktop. As additional option, you may deploy a private cloud to let your mobile users access the company file by internet connection, or put your license and data files on an authorized QB cloud hosting.
