Let me share some clarification about your currency is different from the system.
QuickBooks Online does not have an option to view your currency in the decimal format to three digits. It will automatically round off the values to two decimal places.

If the decimal digits requirement is mandatory for your company, consider switching to QB Desktop. As additional option, you may deploy a private cloud to let your mobile users access the company file by internet connection, or put your license and data files on an authorized QB cloud hosting.
