Hello there, @ptyx507.

The B/. symbol is a Panamanian balboa. This symbol will show on your currency if you sign in to your QuickBooks Online account in Panama country.

However, if you don't want to use this currency, you can cancel your account and create a new QuickBooks Online account that will based on your country.

Let me walk you through the steps on how to cancel your QuickBooks Online account:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select the Account and settings tab.
  3. Choose the Billing & Subscription option.
  4. Click the Cancel subscription or Cancel online in the QuickBooks section.
  5. Select Continue to cancel, then choose Continue to cancel again.
  6. Follow the next steps.
  7. Choose Submit and cancel subscription.
  8. Click the Got it button.

If you want to cancel a trial subscription, you can read this article for the steps: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription

I've also added an article to help you reactivate your QuickBooks Online subscription.

Please know that I'm always around here in the Community to help. Keep safe, and have a good day.

Hi there, @ptyx507.

Thank you for getting back to this thread with the screenshot of your concern.

Base on the image attached, the amounts showing up for the bank and QuickBooks balance display an unusual symbol or currency (B/). I can share with you the troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue.

First, open QuickBooks using a private window to check if it's a browser issue or not. To save you time, you can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If that works fine from there, you need to clear your original browser’s cache to optimize its performance and start fresh.

Also, you can try opening QuickBooks using other supported browsers aside from Chrome and Edge.
