In the advanced setting I cannot see automatically apply credits

Hello there, useraccounts26.

Under the Advanced menu of the Account and settings page, you'll see an Automation section where the option to turn on the Automatically apply credits is. Let me show you the easy steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and click Account and settings.
  2. Click Advanced from the left menu.
  3. Select the Automation section and then toggle Automatically apply credits.
  4. Click Save and then Done.

If you're unable to see this option, it's possible that a browser-related issue is causing the unusual behavior. You can try logging in to your account using a private browser and look into the settings from there. If you're able to set the option, you can switch back to the main browser and clear the cache. Other supported browsers can also help you isolate these kinds of issues.

Let me know how this works. I'm just around to help. Take care!

In the advanced setting I cannot see automatically apply credits

Hello, @ITC Accounting.

Let's try accessing your account then enable your automatic credits settings. This way, we can isolate this concern for a possible browser-related concern. You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P

Once logged in, let's try viewing the advanced settings again. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Advanced menu.
  4. Scroll down to the Automation section.
  5. Toggle On the Automatically apply credits option.
  6. Click the Save button.

If it works, you may want to  clear the cache of your regular browser. The stored data in your browser may have been corrupted and caused performance issues. Also, you'd want to use other supported web browsers.

Let us know if you have more questions by leaving a comment below. I'll be around to help. Have an awesome day and take care!
