We want to renew our subcription for one year plz give discounted for being old customer price and send pament link

I'd be happy to show you how to renew your QuickBooks Online subscription, @avtar-electronic.

You can renew your subscription by clicking the Gear icon at the top menu and click Your Account. Let me guide you how:

1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
2. Select Your Account under Your Company. 
3. Click Subscribe or Renew to the right of Subscription Status.
4. A subscription renewal screen will open. If you already have an activation code, select that option and follow the instructions.
5. Add the Billing Address details and check the Terms and Condition checkbox.
6. Click Continue or Make Payment.
7. Select the Payment option and follow the instructions to complete the renewal.

Please note if the subscription was Annual after a year it will now be billed as monthly. Since you resubscribe your account, moving forward the billing for this is monthly.

Also, to get your account discounted upon resubscribing, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They can provide further details on the discount and help you from there.

1. Choose the Help menu in the upper right hand to open the Search window.

2. From there, scroll down to click the Contact us link.

3. Type the issue/topic in the field box and then hit the Let’s talk button.

4. Select how you want to reach out to our support team: Start messaging or Get a callback.

If you want to renew or continue your QBO subscription in a few days later, you can follow the step-by-step process below.

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and settings.
3. On the left panel, click the Billing & Subscription tab.
4. Go to the QuickBooks section and select the Subscribe or Renew button.

Still, I recommend contacting our Support Team to discuss with you the cost of yearly  renewal fees. You can follow the steps below to contact them:

1. Go to Help in the upper-right corner.
2. Enter a short description of your concern.
3. Click Talk to a human. Then, I still need a human.
4. You can then get a callback or send a message to start a conversation with our specialist.
