I'm here to share additional troubleshooting steps to fix this issue with frozen column when adding inventory in your QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Aside from logging in to an incognito as what Fiat Lux - ASIA recommended, you may want to clear the browsing history of your regular web browser. This will remove previously-stored browsing data that might have caused the issue.
Otherwise, you can try using other supported browsers to be thorough.
