For your first question, the QBO International versions don’t currently have a built-in payroll feature. We only offer payroll service to the following countries:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
However, you can look for a third-party payroll app that can integrate with the system. I recommend contacting directly the app's Customer Support Team to confirm if they can connect with QBO. Once verified, they can help you with the integration setup. For more details, go through this article: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1777290.
Second, you can have the payroll service to be added on your QBO Advanced US subscription. Just go to the Add-ons – 50% off section on the Advanced column through this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/pricing/. Please take note the payroll account is set up for US tax purposes. With this, there isn’t currently a way to amend the item list to use there in TCI.

Third, you’ll have the option to invite your employees to view their paychecks and W-2’s online. Please take note this is only available for the US region. For detailed steps, see this article: Give Employees Online Access To Paystubs and W-2's. Once your employees accept the invitation, they can now view, download, or print them.
