Currently, there's no native way to pay vendors online within QuickBooks Online (QBO). You may consider using a third-party application to make online payments to vendors.

Thanks for all the responses! I tried the link and signed up, but I got this message: "QuickBooks Bill Pay is not available for your business. This may change in the future, but at this time you are not eligible to use Bill Pay."
So I signed up for Melio Payments and chose the Core Annual plan to save on costs.
