You have the option to cancel your subscription if QuickBooks Online isn't the right fit for you. The steps depend on where you signed up for your plan.

 

To Cancel an account purchased online, directly from Intuit, here's what you need to do:

 

  1. Open a web browser on your computer.
  2. Log in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  3. Proceed to the Settings ⚙ menu and then choose Account and settings.

  4. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  5. In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription or Cancel online

  6. Follow the onscreen steps to complete the process.

I want to cancel my subscription being charged on  monthly  basis in respect of above ID as the QB is not required now.  In case of need I will resubscribe the same.

 

Kindly cancel my subscription and confirm your understanding in this regard.
