Thank you for your prompt reply. I'll take care of this query for you.
I've checked for any open investigations for the CSV upload process and found none. With regards to the name of the columns you have for the CSV file, it shouldn't matter since the system will still ask you to map them out. Say, for example, your Memo field can be mapped to the Description column in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
My colleague @FritzF shared an article above that shows 2 CSV formats accepted by QBO, which are 3 or 4 columns. Either format works fine.
Since an unusual error message keeps showing up, I suggest going through these steps:

I want to make sure you're able to import your transactions as a CSV file in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To ensure we're on the same page, can you please verify the error you've encounter specifically?
When importing data using a CSV file(comma-separated values), please take note of the accepted CSV file template format. You can refer below articles for guidelines:
Once the format is followed correctly, try to import again and check if it now works.

Sorry my caps lock was on before. This is the error message I'm getting. I've also attached the files I'm trying to import (I took a screenshot since you can't attach .csv). I've looked over all those help articles without any success. Thanks in advance.
Thanks for getting back to us, @dropshippinglidi.
Since the issue persists after following the help articles shared by my colleague above, I highly suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support. They're able to pull up your account in a secure environment using their screen-sharing (remote access) tool. They can also investigate the root cause of why you're unable to import the CSV file.
Here's how to reach them:
Just in case, I'll add these articles for future reference:

Hi,
Thank you for the quick reply. I'm only getting the option to send an email or ask a question in the community. I already have a case going via email but it's really slow. I think it might be because I'm trying to send a message when it's not open or similar. But now it should be open since it was 6 AM an hour ago PT. I don't know what to do.
I'm getting more confused every time I look through your documentation. On the import page, the error message I'm getting says "Your file does not contain the three required columns: transaction date, memo, and amount." but in your docs it says to use "Date, Description and Amount". Which one is it? Are your systems down or what's going on? How come I'm always getting the same error msg? Thanks for the support so far, I have a feeling we're going to figure this out.
