It's nice to have you here in the Community, @crumblecookiespk. I'll share information regarding the error message received when adding an accountant to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
There is an ongoing investigation (INV-103191) about users unable to add accountants or accept an invite sent due to an error, "The feature you've requested is temporarily unavailable. Make sure your browser has Javascript and cookies enabled.''
Thus, I recommend contacting our Customer Live Support team so they can add you to the list of affected users and link you to said investigation for a proper resolution.
