Hi there,accounts547. I'm here to help you get this error message resolved.
Every time there are updates within your bank, let's ensure that you update QuickBooks as well. Bank error 105 usually means there may be a problem on your bank's end. It could be that their website is undergoing maintenance or have server issues. This can stop the online bank connection to QuickBooks.
You'll have to check your bank or credit card's website to make sure everything is working on their end.
Then, manually update the online bank connection in QuickBooks by following these steps:
1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
2. On the left panel, click Banking or Transactions > Banking.
3. Select the Update button.
You may also want to consider importing your bank transactions using a CSV file. Please see these articles to ensure the transactions are imported accurately:
Once everything is fixed and you're bank account is connected, QuickBooks will automatically download your transactions. Then, you'll need to organize your transactions by categorizing them.
