Hello Rea_M and thank you very much. I'm on Windows using Chrome and/or Edge. And no, I'm not receiving any error messages. The App just doesn't give me the option of printing checks. As in attached file named Screenshot-1, there's no "print later" check box near the check number. And in attached file named Screenshot-2 (in next message), the App is printing "expense voucher" instead of allowing a ready form to print on voucher checks. I really appreciate any assistance.
Thank you very much!
Thanks for revisiting this thread and adding screenshots, jadesasam.
The Print Later option checkbox is exclusively accessible in the QBO US region. This is because the US region offers a feature that allows users to print checks directly from the print queue. You can check this article for more details: Print a check in QuickBooks Online.
By examining your screenshots, it appears that you are not currently signed up in the US region. Can you confirm and specify the particular QBO region you are using? This information would be valuable in providing more accurate assistance.
In the meantime, if your QBO is not in the US region, I suggest sending feedback to our product developer. The most effective way to express your suggestion is through our Feedback tool.
Our development and product teams actively monitor and consider user input provided through this channel when making decisions about product enhancements and feature reinstatement. Log in to your QBO account>Gear icon> Feedback.

Hello and thank you very much SarahannC for the comments and advice. Yes, I'm in Micronesia and I think I'm using the Australia QBO version. There are so many useful features (voucher check printing, manual payroll, inventory management,...) that are not available in the version I'm using.
I've already submitted some requests through the Feedback link and hoping to have these requested features made available soonest.
Thank you again very much for your assistance.
You're welcome, @jadesasam. It's our pleasure to help.
