Hi, @Pavan Nipanikar.
Welcome to the Community forum! I'm here to take care of your concern today.
We need to update QuickBooks to recognize the one-time password (OTP) of your bank. Thus, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team so a representative can take action and refresh the bank's login from QuickBooks.

I am surprised how QB is yet to update the banking update process with OTP abilities for the State Bank of India.
Its been 2 months State Bank of India has added an OTP layer to Internet Banking Login Page.
I had already logged this issue with the QB Team.
I had raised this issue with QB and for the last 2 Weeks, they update me that they are still working on it. State Bank of India is such an important bank in India, how QB can be so poor on this issue.
Very disheartening. Quickbook has not sorted this out for 2 months. I have also raised a ticket on this. Responses are very unhelpful. Thinking of migrating to Tally.
Even SBI is wrong in retaining a captcha, if OTP was added, three layer authentication is a pain, though OTP is good step considering leakage of information fromSBI in past.
I am following up with QB since April but they dont seem to reply. They are asking you to upload a CSV file.
Hi there, tajuddin.
Welcome to QuickBooks Community. This isn't the kind of impression that I'd like you to have, and we know how much time it can take when something isn’t working the way you need it. With this, I'll ensure to share details about the OTP and troubleshooting steps so you can connect your bank without any issue.
Two-factor authentication with OTP is one of your bank's security processes. It provides another layer of online protection for you. If you want to disable this process, you can reach out to the bank if they have an option to turn it off so you don't have to verify every time you manage the linked account. However, if you're unable to see the OTP when connecting your account to QBO, I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue, and private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.
Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.
If it works in incognito, I recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. You can check this article to see the steps: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
If the steps above didn't work, use another supported browser as alternatives.
If the issue persists, QuickBooks may need to refresh the system to recognize the bank's one-time password (OTP) of your bank. That said, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to check your account and restore the system to update the bank's login from QuickBooks.
You can click this article to see steps on how you can review downloaded bank and credit card transactions and put them in the correct accounts by matching or adding them: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
I want to make sure everything is taken care of for you, so please let me know how it goes or if you have any other issues or concerns in the comment below. I'm always here to help. Have a good one!
