Good day, jacqueline.doory,

You might want to check online for the correct postal code. The Eircode varies per address.

You can visit this website to find an Eircode: https://www.eircode.ie/.

Once you have the Eircode, you can sign up here, https://quickbooks.intuit.com/ie/.

You can check these articles for future reference:

Please stay with me if you have other concerns.

well, your web form on signup doesnt recognise Eirecode postal codes.  i have entered the correct code, checked on Eirecode website and your form says it's work.  Sort it out!

I am entering a valid post code, however the error still persists: 'Please enter a valid post code'

It is blocking me from purchasing a subscription. The 70% sale ends in 2 days, it would be great to be able to pay for the subscription before then.

Other users are reporting this as well, Alex.

You can enter 00000 in the Postal Code field, so you can save your payment details. You can update it back when this issue will be fixed. That's our workaround at the moment.

We’ve already alerted our engineers about this behavior. The initial target date to resolve this is in mid-November.  While waiting for that, please contact our Email team, so they can add your company information to the of affected users. I won't be able to ask it from here since this is a public forum.

  1. Click on Help and choose Contact Us.
  2. In the description field, enter something like post code is not accepted when adding payment details.
  3. Click on Let's talk.
  4. Choose Chat or Get a callback.

Let me know if you have other concerns aside from updating your payment details.
