I need to talk to a person on the phone. The links you have provided are not working. I have spent up to 4 hours today trying to cancel my subscription. If there is no cooperation, I will direct my bank to refuse the automatic debit, charge from your company. Please call the number associated with my account.

Please take note that if you bought the QBO app from the app store, you'll need to cancel it from there. Or if you subscribed through the web, then you can cancel the account from there.
