How can I see all my customers in my customer report?

I can't see all but, if I search up the name it still pops up. So they still exist in my company file I just can see them under customer or even when I export customers.

How can I see all my customers in my customer report?

I'll make sure that you can view all the customers, 1082019369-sjc-b.

It's possible that the customers are deactivated that's why you're unable to see them. To rule this out, you'll want to make sure to include them on the list. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Sales menu.
  2. Select the Customers tab.
  3. Click the Gear icon above the Action column.
  4. Tick the Include inactive checkbox, then review the list again.

However, if you're still unable to view them, you can try opening your QBO company through an incognito or private window. There are times that the cache and cookies in the browser accumulate too much causing viewing issues in the program. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
  • Control + Option + P for Safari

If they're now showing, close the private window and then go back to your regular browser. After that, clear its cache to delete the junk files. Alternatively, you can switch to other supported web browsers.

Lastly, here's an article that you can read to help manage your customers in QuickBooks Online: Edit customer information.
