Problem with VAT liability report

It's nice to see you here, @pam-thestrategis,

I want to make sure this is taken care of. However, I need more information about the problem. May I know if you encounter any error code or messages when trying to generate the VAT liability report? I need this information to check if there are ongoing issues for this type of report.

In the meantime, you may try this in a private window. Unexpected issues in QuickBooks are sometimes affected by the amount of data stored in the cache. This is because the regular browser will constantly overwrite itself and will remove history unless done manually.

The incognito mode will not save any history, so it's a great place to identify issues in the browser. Use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

If it works fine in the private browser, clearing the cache will help resolve the problem in regular browsing.

Let me know the result by updating this thread. I want to keep track of this topic and make sure you're all set. Have a good one!

Any other ideas?!

You keep telling generic words just to get a bit a time. Program not working. Get it fixed! No issue with cache or anything else .

Get the program working!

I have some information about the VAT liability report. My colleague's troubleshooting steps should fix the unexpected behavior of the program. Since you're still experiencing the same result, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support.

Here's how to reach out:

  1. Go to Help at the top.
  2. Scroll down and type "Need to speak to a human".

By calling our support, you'll be added to the list of affected users and will be notified via email about the resolution status.

I'm also adding this link here in case you need help with other tasks in QBO. It has our general topics with articles.
