Accountant Wholesale Pricing terms and conditions

Offer terms and conditions: QuickBooks Online Simple Start, Essentials & Plus subscriptions is available for 50% off the recommended retail price (RRP) for QUICKBOOKS ONLINE ACCOUNTANT CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASE SUBSCRIPTIONS.

Eligibility: This offer is eligible to accounting firms who register, or have registered for, Intuit QuickBooks Online Accountant (“QBOA Customers”). There is no limit to the number of subscriptions eligible QBOA Customers will be entitled to purchase, at the discounted price of 50% off RRP per subscriptions per month for their clients ("Client(s)") using the "bill my firm" (wholesale) invoicing option. "Bill my firm" (wholesale) invoicing means that the QBOA Customer agrees to pay for its client’s QuickBooks subscription fees. This offer is not available for “Bill my client” and is not transferable to any other party. No further discounts may apply to subscriptions purchased at this discounted price. 

Pricing: Eligible QBOA Customers will be charged at 50% off the then-current RRP for each QBO Simple Start, Essentials or Plus subscription per month. List price subject to change at any time at Intuit’s sole discretion All prices are quoted inclusive of sales tax.. If a subscription is changed (i.e. upgrade or downgrade), the subscription price will be adjusted accordingly. The discount of 50% off only applies to the monthly cost of the QuickBooks Online subscription and does not apply to any other third party app fees you may incur. 

Billing: The QBOA Customer's account will automatically be charged on a monthly basis on the billing date indicated by the QBOA Customer for all active QBO Simple Start, Essentials and Plus subscriptions at the regular accountant "bill my firm" (wholesale) price until the subscription is terminated. Payment is due, in full, immediately upon monthly invoicing. Transferring billing: A QBOA Customer may remove a subscription from their Wholesale Billing (bill my firm) at any time so that their client is responsible for paying for the cost of the QuickBooks Online subscription each month. This will be charged at the RRP for that QuickBooks Online subscription. You will not receive a pro-rated refund if you remove the subscription from Wholesale Billing before the next bill date. 

QuickBooks Online requires a persistent internet connection (a high-speed connection is recommended) and a computer with a supported Internet browser or a mobile phone with a supported operating system (see System Requirements). Network fees may apply. 

Data access is subject to cellular/internet provider network availability and occasional downtime due to system and server maintenance and events beyond your control. Note that we may modify the amount of storage space you have through the Services and the number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the Services in a given period of time. Use of QuickBooks Online is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Statement.

Details of the Offer: QuickBooks Online Simple Start subscriptions are available to Eligible Customers for $60 SGD per bundle of 10 subscriptions per month (being $6 SGD per subscription per month) excluding taxes for 12 months, subject to these Terms and Conditions, in particular condition 6 below (“Offer”).

2. Offer period: Offer is available for purchase by Eligible Customers from 4 December 2025 to 31 January 2026.

3. Eligibility: The Offer is only available to Eligible Customers, being those who:

1. Register (or have registered) for QuickBooks Online Accountant (“QBOA”) 
2. Select the wholesale billing option (bill my firm) within QBOA to pay for their.subscription fees. "Bill my firm" (wholesale) invoicing means that the accountant agrees to pay for the client’s subscription fees. This offer is not available for the “Bill my client” option.
3. Have not previously held any QuickBooks Online subscription in the 12 months’ prior to purchase.

This offer is only available to accounting firms that are legally and physically located in Singapore and cannot be combined with any other Intuit promotional offer.

4. Pricing: Bundles of QuickBooks Online Simple Start subscriptions under this Offer are available to Eligible Customers for $60 SGD per bundle of 10 subscriptions per month (being $6 SGD per subscription per month) excluding taxes for 12 months. 5. Billing, Changes & Cancellation: 

1. Billing: Eligible customers who have QBOA will automatically be charged on a monthly basis on the billing enrolment date for their bundle(s) purchased under this Offer. Payment is due in full immediately upon monthly invoicing. 
2. Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your QuickBooks Online Simple Start subscription at any time during the 12 month promotional pricing period, but this will result in you voiding the promotional price (see condition 6 below).
3. Cancellations: You may cancel any subscription at any time. To do this, go to Account & Settings in QuickBooks Online and select “Cancel.” Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your monthly billing period and no pro-rata refund will be giving. If you cancel a subscription purchased as part of a bundle under this Offer, this will result in you voiding the promotional price (see condition 6 below).

6. Conditions of Offer: 

The promotional pricing under this Offer may be revoked at any time during the 12 month promotional pricing period if you:

1. Change or Cancel one or more subscription purchased as part of your bundle during the first 12 months from the purchase date as set out in Condition 5(b) or (c) above; or
2. Do not ‘activate’ a QuickBooks Online Simple Start subscription purchased as part of the bundle within 6 months from the date of purchase. By ‘activate’ we mean assigning a new client, or have their data migrated to a QuickBooks Online Simple Start subscription. we mean a client who has not previously held a QuickBooks Online subscription in the 6 months prior to the date of your purchase. 

If this Offer is revoked under condition 6(a) or 6(b) above, all subscriptions purchased in that bundle under this Offer (regardless of whether some have been activated) will revert to Intuit’s then-current wholesale subscription price.

2. Offer period: Offer is available for purchase by Eligible Customers from 11 December 2025 until 31 January 2026.

3. Eligibility: The Offer is only available to Eligible Customers, being those who: 

1. Are new accounting firm customers (that is, they have not previously held any QuickBooks Online subscription in the 12 months’ prior to purchase); 
2. Register (or have registered) for QuickBooks Online Accountant (“QBOA”) 
3. Select the wholesale billing option (bill my firm) within QBOA to pay for their.subscription fees. "Bill my firm" (wholesale) invoicing means that the accountant agrees to pay for the client’s subscription fees. This offer is not available for the “Bill my client” option.
4. Have not previously held any QuickBooks Online subscription in the 12 months’ prior to purchase.

4. Pricing: Bundles of QuickBooks Online Advanced subscriptions under this Offer are available to Eligible Customers for $90 SGD per bundle of 3 subscriptions per month (being $30 SGD per subscription per month) excluding taxes for 12 months. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, from month 13, the price of the QuickBooks Online Advanced subscriptions purchased on the offer will revert to the then-current wholesale price.

5. Billing, Changes & Cancellation: 

1. Billing: Eligible customers who have QBOA will automatically be charged on a monthly basis on the billing enrolment date for their bundle(s) purchased under this Offer. Payment is due in full immediately upon monthly invoicing. 
2. Changes: You may downgrade your QuickBooks Online Advanced subscription at any time during the 12 month promotional pricing period, but this will result in you voiding the promotional price (see condition 6 below).
3. Cancellations: You may cancel any subscription at any time. To do this, go to Account & Settings in QuickBooks Online and select “Cancel.” Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your monthly billing period and no pro-rata refund will be given. If you cancel a subscription purchased as part of a bundle under this Offer, this will result in you voiding the promotional price (see condition 6 below).

1. Change or Cancel one or more subscription purchased as part of your bundle during the first 12 months from the purchase date as set out in Condition 5(b) or (c) above; or
2. Do not ‘activate’ a QuickBooks Online Advanced subscription purchased as part of the bundle within 6 months from the date of purchase. By ‘activate’ we mean assigning a new client, or have their data migrated to a QuickBooks Online Advanced subscription. By ‘new client’ we mean a client who has not previously held a QuickBooks Online subscription in the 6 months prior to the date of your purchase. 

If this Offer is revoked under condition 6(a) or 6(b) above, all subscriptions purchased in that bundle under this Offer (regardless of whether some have been activated) will revert to Intuit’s then-current wholesale subscription price.

1. Details of the Offer: QuickBooks Online Advanced subscriptions are available to Eligible Customers for $99 SGD per bundle of 3 subscriptions per month (being $33 SGD per subscription per month) excluding taxes for 12 months, subject to these Terms and Conditions, in particular condition 6 below (“Offer”).

2. Offer period: Offer is available for purchase by Eligible Customers from 1 August 2025 until 12 November 2025.

3. Eligibility: The Offer is only available to Eligible Customers, being those who: 

1. Are new accounting firm customers (that is, they have not previously held any QuickBooks Online subscription in the 12 months’ prior to purchase); 
2. Register (or have registered) for QuickBooks Online Accountant (“QBOA”) within 90 days of making a purchase under this Offer; and
3. Select the wholesale billing option (bill my firm) within QBOA to pay for their.subscription fees. "Bill my firm" (wholesale) invoicing means that the accountant agrees to pay for the client’s subscription fees. This offer is not available for the “Bill my client” option.

This offer is only available to accounting firms that are legally and physically located in Singapore and cannot be combined with any other Intuit promotional offer.

4. Pricing: Bundles of QuickBooks Online Advanced subscriptions under this Offer are available to Eligible Customers for $99 SGD per bundle of 3 subscriptions per month (being $33 SGD per subscription per month) excluding taxes for 12 months. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, from month 13, the price of the QuickBooks Online Advanced subscriptions purchased on the offer will revert to the then-current wholesale price.

5. Billing, Changes & Cancellation: 

1. Billing: Eligible customers who have QBOA will automatically be charged on a monthly basis on the billing enrolment date for their bundle(s) purchased under this Offer. Payment is due in full immediately upon monthly invoicing. 
2. Changes: You may downgrade your QuickBooks Online Advanced subscription at any time during the 12 month promotional pricing period, but this will result in you voiding the promotional price (see condition 6 below).
3. Cancellations: You may cancel any subscription at any time. To do this, go to Account & Settings in QuickBooks Online and select “Cancel.” Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your monthly billing period and no pro-rata refund will be given. If you cancel a subscription purchased as part of a bundle under this Offer, this will result in you voiding the promotional price (see condition 6 below).

6. Conditions of Offer: 

The promotional pricing under this Offer may be revoked at any time during the 12 month promotional pricing period if you:

Any Eligible Customer who makes a purchase under this Offer will be subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as Intuit’s Terms of Service and Global Privacy Statement.

2. To be an 'Eligible Customer' you must:

1. Be a bookkeeping or accounting practice;
2. Set up QuickBooks Online Accountant (with wholesale ‘firm’ billing) within 90 days of making a purchase under this Offer;

3. Offer Period

Eligible Customers may purchase QuickBooks Ledger subscriptions for the prices in the table below between 9.00am AEST on 1 August 2025 until 31 January 2026. at 11.59pm AEST (Offer Period) subject to these Terms and Conditions.

4. Pricing and payment

(a) QuickBooks Ledger – 10 subscription bundle

Price for up to 12 months:

The prices shown above are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to you complying with the conditions below in no. 5. From month 13 (or earlier in accordance with these Terms & Conditions), the cost of the subscriptions will revert to Intuit’s then-current QuickBooks Ledger pricing.

(b) Billing

All QuickBooks Ledger subscriptions purchased under this Offer must be established in the Wholesale Billing section of QuickBooks Online Accountant. The promotional rates shown above will be invoiced to the firm which means the firm is liable to pay the subscription fees.

Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your account. Payment is due, in full, immediately upon monthly invoicing.

5. Important conditions:

(a) The promotional pricing only applies to bundles of 10 QuickBooks Ledger subscriptions purchased in a single transaction during the Offer Period. Previous purchases of QuickBooks Ledger subscriptions prior to the Offer Period, or purchases of fewer than 10 subscriptions in a single transaction do not qualify for the Offer.

(b) Requirement to assign a client to the subscription (“activate”) within 180 days or prices change from month 7.

All subscriptions purchased in a bundle under this Offer must have a “client” assigned to them so that they are being used, or have a new client’s data migrated to that subscription within 180 days from the date of purchase. This is referred to as ‘activating the subscription’ in these Terms. If this activation condition is not met, from month 7, the remaining subscriptions purchased in that bundle under this Offer (regardless of whether some have been activated) will revert to Intuit’s then-current wholesale subscription price.

In other words, to keep the promotional pricing under the Offer for a full 12 months, all subscriptions purchased as part of the same bundle must be activated within 6 months from the date of purchase in accordance with these Terms.

(c) Cancellations of QuickBooks Online Subscriptions

If you cancel any one or more of the QuickBooks Online subscriptions purchased as part of a bundle, and do not replace them with a subscription of equal or greater value within 2 months, Intuit reserves the right to change the price of the remaining QuickBooks Online subscriptions purchased as part of the same bundle to the then-current wholesale list price of the QuickBooks Online subscription effective from your next billing date after the 2 month period since cancellation has expired.

(d) Changes to prices for upgrades

You may upgrade the subscriptions purchased at any time within the Offer Period to a more expensive subscription. If you do this, you will be liable to pay the then-current wholesale retail price for the relevant subscription from the date of the upgrade.

The promotional pricing will continue to apply to the other subscriptions purchased as part of that bundle under this Offer in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

(e) Offer subject to change

Intuit reserves the right to withdraw or modify this Offer, in whole or part, at any time, upon giving you reasonable notice of the change.

(f) General terms

The promoter of this Offer is Rocket Science Group LLC. at 5675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30308, USA (“Intuit”).

Intuit reserves the right to request information to verify the eligibility of a party for the Offer and also to ascertain whether these terms and conditions have been complied with. Acceptance of such verification information is at the reasonable discretion of Intuit.
