Terms and Conditions
(1) Eligibility for PayPal fee reimbursement:
New and existing QuickBooks Online customers, are eligible for a maximum of AU$200 of their PayPal transaction fees to be reimbursed if:
- they activate PayPal to pay enabled invoices from within QuickBooks anytime after 12:01 a.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on 3rd July 2023 (Promotion Start Date);
- have not received a payment via PayPal on any invoice issued via QuickBooks Online in the last 12 months ie after 3 July 2022;
- issue PayPal enabled invoices to their customers via QuickBooks; and
- those invoices are paid before 11.59pm on Saturday 30 September 2023 (Promotion End Date) or before the Promotion Limit is reached, whichever is earlier (see point 3 below).
(2) Eligible transactions for PayPal fee reimbursement
Eligible transactions are invoices that are:
- issued from within QuickBooks after the Promotion Start Date that have enabled PayPal Checkout or ‘Accept card payments with PayPal’; and
- paid by a payee before the Promotion End Date or before the Promotion Limit is reached (see point 3 below).
An invoice payee must be based in Australia. PayPal Transaction fees on Eligible Transactions that have been refunded, reversed or charged back are not eligible for reimbursement.
(3) Caps and Promotion Limit
The maximum total amount of PayPal fees that may be reimbursed under this promotion is AU$200 per eligible customer. Once an eligible customer reaches this cap, no further PayPal fees incurred will be eligible for reimbursement.
The overall value of reimbursements under this promotion is limited to AU$60,000 (Promotion Limit). If the Promotion Limit is reached before the Promotion End Date, then no further PayPal fees will be reimbursed.
(4) Timing and manner of reimbursement
Reimbursement will be a one-time payment made directly into the eligible customer’s PayPal account within 21 days after the Promotion End Date (or the date on which the Promotion Limit is reached, whichever is sooner). At the time designated for the fee reimbursement, the eligible customer must not be in breach of the PayPal User Agreement and their account must be in good standing.
Intuit reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the Promotion at any time as it may determine in its sole discretion.
The Promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
