The new Intuit QuickBooks platform has been redesigned to help you work smarter and faster, paving the way for Intuit AI Agents⁺ coming soon. With smarter navigation and better tools, the updated layout puts everything at your fingertips. It’s easier than ever to stay on top of your finances and get valuable insights into how your business is tracking, so you’re in the driver’s seat.

We understand that making the switch takes time, and that’s why we’ve made it flexible. Early Access is now available for you to check out the new platform, dive into the features, and get comfortable with the updates. And if you need some extra time to adjust, you can switch back to the older version until you're ready.

Redesigned Navigation: Apps, Add-ons, and Integrations

No more wasting time digging through pages or jumping between disconnected tools. The redesigned QuickBooks platform does the heavy lifting, organising everything in a way that’s faster and simpler to use.

Here’s what’s new:

• Apps Carousel: Features you use every day, like Sales and Expenses, have been renamed Apps and are now organised in a carousel at the top of your dashboard for quick navigation.
• My Apps Menu: No more searching for tools—switch between Apps quickly using the My Apps menu in the left-hand navigation. You’ll also find features like Bank Transactions grouped conveniently under relevant Apps.
• Add-ons: Add-ons like Marketing*, marked with a gem icon , are displayed in the My Apps menu.
• Integrations: Third-party tools, now called Integrations*, are accessible via the plug icon in the top navigation.

While the names of some features and their locations may be slightly different, the tools that power your business remain unchanged—just organised for faster and easier access!

The redesigned QuickBooks platform now groups your features into Apps to make everything accessible from one place.

Here’s a look at what’s inside:

• Accounting: Manage bank transactions, reconciliations, recurring transactions, and your chart of accounts without switching between screens.
• Expenses & Bills: Easily handle your expenses, keep track of suppliers, and manage bill payments stress-free.
• Sales & Get Paid: Manage invoices, sales orders, and transactions all in one spot so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Customer Hub: Stay connected with your customers—track leads, organise quotes, and manage everything in one convenient hub.
• Team: Handle employee info, costs, and billing rates effortlessly, so you can keep things running smoothly.
• Projects: Organise project finances by tracking income, expenses, and profit margins from start to finish.
• Inventory: Easily keep an eye on your products, create purchase orders, and stay on top of inventory and sales orders with the new Inventory App.
• Tax: Simplify tax tracking and preparation all from one place.
• Marketing*: Sync your QuickBooks data with the Mailchimp* add-on to create better campaigns and grow your customer base faster.
• Reports: Access real-time P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow tracking tools from the upgraded Reports module.

Personalise QuickBooks to Work How You Want It

Your business is one of a kind, and QuickBooks now lets you customise tools and dashboards to keep your most important features front and centre.

Here are the details:

• Create Button: The +New button is now the Create button, letting you quickly add tasks like invoices or recorded expenses. You can also pin up to 10 tasks to your dashboard for fast access.
• Bookmarks: Already got bookmarks you rely on? No worries—your bookmarked favourites will stay intact when you move to the new platform.
• My Apps: Pin up to three Apps, such as Sales, Expenses, or GST, to your left-hand menu for quicker navigation.
• Smart Search: Save time finding what you need with updated search filters that help you locate transactions, reports, or customers in seconds—even for specific asks like “payments over $3000.”
• Widgets: Tailor your dashboard your way with adjustable widgets. Resize or reorganise them to make sure the info that matters most is always front and centre.
