Thank you for your prompt response. I did as your guide but the error is still there. It shows **error*** at the Total line.
Thanks for getting back to us here in the Community, @Kien1.
There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing some unusual responses to the system. You can isolate this by logging into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). Here's how:
Once signed in, go to the Reports menu and pull up the Profit and Loss report. If you're able to extend the length of the Total line without showing the error and view the complete digits, return to your regular browser and clear its cache and cookies. This will refresh the system and remove older data that causes viewing and performance issues. However, if the error continues, I'd recommend using other supported browsers in pulling up the report.
Additionally, you're able to customise your financial reports to focus on the details that matter the most to you. For the detailed steps, you can refer to this article: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online. It also includes instructions on how to share your custom reports over email.
Please update me on how it goes by leaving a comment below. If you have other concerns about customising reports in QuickBooks, I'm just around to help. Take care always.
