Hi there, the steps for canceling QuickBooks Online depend on where you signed up for your subscription. In an instance where you signed up through a mobile app store, you'll need to go to your app store to cancel.
If you have purchased online directly from Intuit, you can simply click the gear icon, select Subscriptions and Billing, find the product you wish to Cancel, and then follow the on-screen steps. After your cancellation is successful, you’ll get a confirmation.
