Allow me to share some information about using Custom form styles in QuickBooks Online.
Currently, an option or keystroke to have a different email message for each template is unavailable. The system is designed to apply the changes to all existing forms.
I appreciate your input on this feature. We'll continue to update the features of the product, and this preference might be available in the future.

The link you provided on how to customize your invoice emails does not work. If the email is universal for any forms you make, why do you offer the option to change it as if they can be different? This is bad UI. And I still don't have a workaround short of typing out a new email for every single email.

wow ! Is there any news concerning this issue? it is really annoying! I would have never expected different style to have literally copy in all other template the same email message. it does not make any sens. Do you guys have an ETA to fix this?
