Allow me to share some information about using Custom form styles in QuickBooks Online.

 

Currently, an option or keystroke to have a different email message for each template is unavailable. The system is designed to apply the changes to all existing forms.

 

I appreciate your input on this feature. We'll continue to update the features of the product, and this preference might be available in the future.

 

While we assess this, I recommend you visit our QuickBooks Blog to stay updated with all the changes.

Why does the email message to customers in the custom form styles change for all the styles if I change one of the styles?

The link you provided on how to customize your invoice emails does not work. If the email is universal for any forms you make, why do you offer the option to change it as if they can be different? This is bad UI. And I still don't have a workaround short of typing out a new email for every single email.

The link our colleague AlcaeusF provided no longer accessible. This happens since customizing invoice email messages for each template is unavailable. Our engineers still doing their best to improve the QuickBooks feature for everyone.

wow ! Is there any news concerning this issue? it is really annoying! I would have never expected different style to have literally copy in all other template the same email message. it does not make any sens. Do you guys have an ETA to fix this?
