Hello.
With the new regulations Intuid should issue all invoice including VAT as all operations are considered exports. According the invoices it's headquartes are located in London. All invoice I got from Janurary as today do not have VAT and they should. Could anybody tell me if has the same problem? Thank you
Hello,oscaradi.
I'll help you get this sorted out.
It's possible that the tax feature was not set up. This is why you were not prompted to select VAT on the previous invoices you've recorded.
Let's set up your VAT by following these steps:
Please see this sample screenshot for a visual reference:
Once done, open each invoice that do not have VAT. Then, make sure to select Exclusive of Tax or Inclusive of Tax from the Amounts are drop-down. This way, you can see the VAT column and select the rate. Here's a sample screenshot:
After the steps, you can run the Invoice List report. Customize the report to add the Tax amount column, and then Export it to Excel.

Hello.
My question refers to Intuit invoices. Not regarding the invoices issued by myself. Starting from 2021 Great Britain do not belong to Europe so, all invoices issued by Intuit must include the UK VAT from January 2021. I hope you can understand my question.
thank you
Best regards
Let me clarify things out for you, oscaradi.
The VAT charges are collected by Intuit on behalf of the government and as such, should not be considered as a price increase. If your business is registered for VAT, you may be able to claim this amount when you file your VAT return.
You may consider checking out this link with detailed information on how to set up and edit VAT settings.

Hello Aliene.
I must not be explain myself correclty. The invoices issued by Intuit must reflect the VAT amount. Without that amount in Spain we can not file that money to request the VAT return to the goverment. I mean all invoices issued by Intuit must include the VAT amount.
