Are you getting any sort of error message when trying to reactivate your QuickBooks Online subscription? There are various reasons why a card could decline when trying to make a payment to your subscription. Usually, this can be fixed by making sure all of the information is correct, contacting your card issuer, or using a different card.
If you receive the “My subscription payment failed” email, the card on file may be out of date or invalid. It's also possible that the card issuer may have declined the payment. All you need to do is update your billing info.
Once you update your billing info, it can take up to 24 hours to activate your account. If you still see an error, move on to Step 2 in this article: Fix “my subscription payment failed” issues.
