Hello there, anil-pathak.
I'll make sure you're able to add the customer to your invoice.
Let's perform some basic troubleshooting to determine if this is a browser-related issue. To do this, I'd suggest accessing your account via a private window.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Once signed in, add a customer to your invoice. If you're able to do so, let's clear the browser's cache. This improves the program's performance.
You can also use supported browsers. They'll provide you the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.
Additionally, I encourage personalising your sales forms in QuickBooks. This helps you create attractive, professional-looking invoices, estimates, and sales receipts.
I suggest getting back on this thread if you'll need assistance imaging your sales transactions. I'm always here to back you up.
No...this did not help, unfortunately...To make customer name appear, I need to enter the name in Billing address field as well, however this was working as expected earlier, so billing address was only used to display customer address and customer name was getting filled on the basis of Customer name Drop down - which I was picking from the list of already added customers.
Thanks for the quick reply and for following the steps above, @anil-pathak.
I appreciate you for adding the name in the billing address box on the Invoice page. Since the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Technical support. They have available tools to investigate the main cause of your customer's name that doesn't show up.
Here's how:

If anyone finds themselves here after googling like I did originally, I had the same issue. Happened after changing the customer address, then the customer name would not appear on invoices.
The address appearing on the invoice was not the same format as the one I had edited in the customer details screen. Once I had them matched up, the customer name reappeared on the invoice again.
