My currency sign (€) appears on all my invoices but not on Return Receipts. I see it when I create/edit the return receipt but it doesn't show on the printed or pdf file. Can you please help urgently?

thanks a lot Kevin. When I selected another template than Airy New it worked. So I'm all set for now but I don't have the button "Edit Labels/Widths" in the contents page. How do I find this?

To see the Edit Labels and Widths option when modifying a customised template for sales forms inside QuickBooks Online (QBO). If the issue persists, it may have something to do with the data accumulated by your browser. In this case, we recommend performing basic browser troubleshooting, like accessing your company file using an incognito browser and performing the task there.
