You have two options in communicating with our supports, either inside QuickBooks Online or Tsheets. Please, follow the steps below.
Go to the Help menu, then choose Contact Us.
Type your concern in the description field, and hit Let's talk or Continue.
Choose Start a chat.
4. Complete the needed information and submit the request.
