From any TSheets web page (such as tsheets.com), on the right, select the blue "Live Chat" button. This button also appears at the bottom left of your company's TSheets dashboard.
Note: If Chat is not available, you can send a message anyway. We'll let you know that we'll respond first thing in the morning and to check back later.
TSheets support agents are standing by in the QuickBooks community to answer your questions. You can access the community directly or navigate to it using the in-app help panel:
- In the bottom right-hand side of the TSheets web app, click the Help icon to open the help panel.
- Select Post a Question to open a new window with a form to ask your support question in the community.
TSheets Computer App
- For help options, select .
- Search existing product help articles.
- If you can't find an answer to your question, select Post a Question to receive support in the community, or Chat Now to reach TSheets chat support.
TSheets Mobile Apps
- On your Android or iOS, if you have not already, sign into your TSheets account.
- Tap Settings or More , then Settings.
- Tap Help & Support, then choose one of the help options.
