I recognize the urgency of getting your issue resolved. May I know the problem you're experiencing in QBO? This way, I can provide a timely solution.

 

We have streamlined the process of asking for help from our QBO Care Team. Aside from posting your question in the Community, you can now get real-time assistance using the Chat option. Let me show the steps:

 

  1. Tap the Help icon at the top to open the QB Assistant window.
  2. Enter the issue/topic in the Type something field box.
  3. Choose the No, I still need help option.
  4. Then, key in contact support in the field box to display the Contact QuickBooks Support link.
  5. Hit the Start a chat menu to get in touch with our online agents.

The option to Request a Callback is still available during the Support's office hours, 6 AM to 6 PM PT. However, we can help you in the Community space as long as your question will not require to check your account or your QBO company. Just tell us about it, and we'll be happy to reply. We're unable to make a call from here, but we're available 24/7 to help you.

 

You may also search for articles for QBO on the main support page using keywords related to your concern. They might give you answers to your questions, and you might be able to find answers from posts related to your concern.
