Can I print Journal entry?

You can print a single journal entry in the Advanced Search section in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

1. Click the Search icon on the top menu.
2. Choose Advanced Search.
3. Filter your search to Journal Entries. You can Add additional filters such as Reference no., as necessary.
4. Click Search, then choose the desired Journal Entry.
5. Select More, then choose Transaction journal.
6. Select the Print icon in the upper right of the report to print it.

There isn't a Print Icon on my JE screen.

You're right, the Print icon in the Journal Entry transaction is unavailable. To print the journal entries, you'll have to run the Journal report.

Here's how:

1. Click Reports on the left side menu.
2. Type Journal in the Find report by name search field.
3. Click the Customize tab.
4. Hit Filter.
5. Place a checkmark in the Transaction Type field.
6. Select Journal Entry.
7. Tick Run report.

Then, click the Print icon on the report to print the entries.

The option to print the details of a journal entry by a single transaction is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). What we can do is to open per journal entry in the Journal report. Then, use a Snipping Tool on your computer to capture the details on it. Once done, you can paste it into your Excel file to send to your customer.
