Lily is the Managing Director at InTune Outsourcing. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance from University of Adelaide in 1999. Work for 5 years at Ernst & Young & Arthur Andersen until 2004, followed by 3 years with Waterco Limited as Head of Assurance & Advisory, before founding InTune Outsourcing in 2007.

Lily is a Certified Practising Accountant of CPA Australia since 2004 and completed Business Coaching with Action Coach Australia. in 2008. She obtained membership with Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2014, a Certified Attitude Profiling Advisor with Topdec Sweden since 2019 and is also a Member of Institute of Leadership UK since 2024.

She’s been involved in experiential training since year 2012 with Milestone Trainings until 2020 before continuing with Heart Knocks Global since 2023.

Lily is passionate about growth for others. As experienced experiential trainer and coach, she’s created workshops and training modules to train business owners and their team to be able to run their business more effectively. Areas of expertise include finance and accounting, business systems and process, individuals and team growth, and financial coaching.

Lily is focused on fostering a supportive environment and focusing on personal and professional development has supported and supporting many people and businesses to grow big.
