Hi There
I have a 2013 Pro version of QB desktop. Unfortunately, I lost my computer and had to reinstall it on my new computer. I have tried all ways to get a validation code as I don't see why I have to go online. I do understand that we are not supported in South Africa. Can anyone assist me with my issue.
I understand the importance of securing a validation code, saqha.
Your QuickBooks Desktop(QBDT) Pro 2013 is no longer under technical support. If you want to install QBDT 2013 on a new computer, you may encounter compatibility issues since this version is outdated and won't work on Windows 10 or 11.
You can retrieve your validation code by signing in to the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs) using your Intuit account if you have registered your QuickBooks software with Intuit. Here's how:
If you can't secure a validation code, you can opt to upgrade or use a trial version.
I'll add this article to help you when you consider migrating to QuickBooks Online: Moving from QuickBooks Desktop to QBO.
Comment below if you have questions about accessing your validation code or managing your QBDT account. I'll be around to help you.
