Thanks for visiting the Community, @qwerty54321.

You're referring to entering the data from your QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) to Quicken? If so, as much as I'd love to help you with this, however, this is best handled by Quicken Support team.

They have a different website where you can post your questions specific to their product. Please open this link: Quicken Community.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. I want to make sure everything is taken care of for you. I'm always here to assist. Have a good one!

Should you have more than one businees with the same tax ID (e.g divisions), you may utilize the Class feature available in QBO Plus - EU version for Cyprus

QBSE is only available in the US, UK, CA, and AU version. There is no QBSE EU version. QBSE also only provides single currency in every version (i.e USD, GBP, CAD, and AUD). You may need a workaround to use other currency.

Hi there, @qwerty54321.

When migrating from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), you only have the option to import bank transactions and manually enter invoices to QBSE.

To get this done, you'll have to purchase the QBSE account and transfer your transactions from your QBO account. Also, the price will depend on the plan you'll be subscribing to. For more details, check out this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/self-employed/pricing/

@qwerty54321

As I mentioned earlier, if you are located in EU (i.e Cyprus), there is no QBSE EU version. You may utilize QBSE version for other country if required

https://quickbooks.grsm.io/UK-SE

https://quickbooks.grsm.io/US

https://quickbooks.grsm.io/us-promo

Then explore and open a new multi currency business account at TW as workaround to manage EUR, then utilize the bank feeds.

Where is your company located? Quicken is not part of Intuit anymore.

If you are not using Quicken, where is your company located? QB Self Employed is only available to limited country.

Check in your settings. What is your home currency? How much is your bill in Billing & Subscription menu?

Hello there, qwerty54321,

Let's find out which QuickBooks subscription you have. If you're signing in to this link: https://selfemployed.intuit.com/login, then you're using QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If you're using this site: https://c19.qbo.intuit.com/qbo19/login?webredir, then you're subscribed to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

On the other hand, if there's a need for you to move lists or transactions from Quicken to QBO, check out the How to import your lists (suppliers, customers, inventory, and chart of accounts) to QuickBooks Onli... for instructions and detailed steps.

You can also manually import bank transactions to QBO whenever you want.

Let me know if you have follow-up questions and I'm always right here to help.
