New expense access controls
QuickBooks Online Advanced
QuickBooks Online Advanced now features expanded user permissions for accessing Expenses.
This new functionality aims to provide greater controls over what team members can do in relation to expense transactions.
Outlined below is a sample of the controls you now have in the Expense area, found under Roles in QuickBooks Online Advanced.
Simply select the required access you would like for an employee or for a specific role.
