It sounds like a browser related issue, we would be grateful if you can clear your cache and cookies and attempt to select the reports option again.
Didn't need to clear cache or cookies. Logged on this morning and it works fine so clearly a glitch in the system..?!
We do update the product twice a month so it is possible an update was running,we are a cloud based software so a lot of the time it can be browser related when there is latency or a page will not load.Let us know if for any reason this happens again and we will investigate further
