Here are the steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon > Account and Settings.
2. On the left panel, click Advanced.
3. In the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) section, select the toggle icon to enable the option.
4. Enter your info.
5. Hit Save and then Done.
