What specific reports are you looking for? If you can't find the report you need, we can possibly provide a workaround. We can pull up a certain report and customise it.
- Pull up the report that contains the data you want.
- Click the Customise button.
- Apply the necessary changes and filters.
- Click Run report.

Even though cache helps optimise browser processes, it can also cause display or other issues when piled up.
Here's how to get rid of any cache-related problems:
- Let's use a private browser because it doesn't store cache.
Then you can try pulling up any reports again.
- If you can do it sucessfully, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache storage.
- You can also use other supported browser. Each browser stores different sets of cache.
